Option 1

The RunYourself platform is designed to move you seamlessly into your second session. You do not have to even stop the video. All you need to do is:

  1. Click Finish session after completing the Rate and review section.

  1. Your next upcoming session will show on the RHS of your screen – simply click Start now

Option 2

If for some reason you are not seeing your upcoming session on the RHS, you can also end the call and start the second session manually by either going to:

  1. The Sessions section of the RunYourself platform and clicking on the session:

  2. Your calendar invite and clicking on the link:
