Booking Recurring Sessions

To maximise your benefit from the program, we recommend that you schedule your sessions as follows:

  1. Head to the Sessions page in the RunYourself web app
  2. Click on the + New session button on the top right of the page
  3. From the top of the right hand side panel, select the person you’d like to book your session with (see the dropdown at the top “Session with”).
  4. Select whether you’d like to book a Combined (2 back-to-back sessions in which you coach and get coached) or Single session (1 session in which you either coach or get coached)
  5. Click Recurring at the top to book a series of recurring sessions

NOTE: We recommend you find a day and time that works best for both of you e.g. Friday @ 10am. Book a set of recurring sessions, then look at what clashes you have and re-schedule those individual sessions. Here is how to reschedule sessions.

  1. Enter the correct date & time for your first session in this series (make sure you don’t leave it to the default day, which is today)
  2. Select the frequency - every 2 or 4 weeks.

NOTE: When you book 1-hour single sessions every week, you will have to book a set of recurring sessions of person A coaching person B every 2 weeks. Then separately, you will have to book another set of recurring sessions of person B coaching person A every 2 weeks (with a start date 2 weeks after the start date of person A coaching person B).

When you book 1hr single sessions every 2 weeks, you will have to book a set of recurring sessions of person A coaching person B every 4 weeks. Then separately, you will have to book another set of recurring sessions of person B coaching person A every 4 weeks (with a start date 2 weeks after the start date of person A coaching person B).

Booking One-Off Sessions

Follow steps 1-4 above.

Then stay in the On-off tab to book your One-off Single or Combined session.
