1. Head to the Sessions page in the RunYourself web app
  2. Click on the + New session button on the top right of the page
  3. Select whether you’d like to book a Combined or Single session
  4. Click Recurring at the top to book a series of recurring sessions
  5. Enter the correct date & time for your first session in this series (make sure you don’t leave it to the default day, which is today)
  6. Select the frequency - every 2, 3 or 4 weeks.

We recommend you book EITHER one 2hr 20 min back-to-back session every 4 weeks OR one 1hr 10 min single session every 2 weeks.

NOTE: When you book 1hr 10 min single sessions every 2 weeks, you will have to book a set of recurring sessions of person A coaching person B every 4 weeks. Then separately, you will have to book another set of recurring sessions of person B coaching person A every 4 weeks (with a start date 2 weeks after the start date of person A coaching person B).
